In BBHO PRC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen ties with Wuhan in China, in addition to working with Wuhan government and local affiliated law firms, the PRC division sends Ms Nadia Liu to Wuhan identify local projects and opportunities for the local government to promote to UK businesses. The trip is anticipated to strengthen the relationship between BBHO and Wuhan.
BBHO has recently advised the Wuhan government on the bankruptcy of an airline company, working closely with local affiliated law firm, S&H Law Firm.
Wuhan is now the second city to have a base for all three Chinese state owned airline companies, one of which, will shortly take over a private Wuhan airline company.
BBHO also advised on the jurisdiction and dispute resolution clauses in a licence agreement between a UK software company and its Chinese client.
BBHO has an expert team keen to resolve any commercial or legal issues arising between UK and China jurisdictions.
