BBHO May 2009 Highlights

§  BBHO China Routine Trip The managing partner of BBHO, Mr William Ho travels to Hong Kong and Mainland China between 23^rd May and 4^th June 2009. This will be William’s second trip to China this year, and will be focusing on the mining, energy and retail sectors to seek and develop potential markets for BBHO clients. The BBHO PRC division conducts routine trips to China every two to three months, for the purpose of developing the firm’s business network for the benefit of its clients targeting their industry sector within China.  Within the last year, the BBHO PRC Division has taken representatives of law firms and accountants to China. In the February/March 2009 trip, Mr William Ho and Dr Michael Shen took a firm of architects and a construction firm to China, to introduce and devise a market entry strategy to the Chinese market for the two firms.  Dr Michael Shen and Ms Nadia Liu of the PRC Division will shortly be preparing their next China trip with clients, scheduled to take place this summer.     

§  BBHO Business Expo BBHO PRC Division, together with Supermove, the firm’s conveyancing division , will be showcased at the Chamber Business Expo on 1st and 2nd June at The Rose Bowl, Civic Quarter, Leeds. Members of the BBHO PRC Division and Supermove will be present between 9.30am to 7pm on Monday 1st June and 10am to 3pm on Tuesday 2nd June to answer clients enquiries.

§   BBHO China Service Package BBHO PRC Division will also be introducing the Rameida School of Chinese Language and Culture, at the Chamber Business Expo.  Their newly re-designed bespoke courses includes a free introductory session to assess your aptitude to Chinese tuition, and a course content comprising an element of business culture and etiquette in China, and an introduction to basic Chinese business law. Clients can get further details of the new package at stand number 25 of the Chamber Business Expo on 1^st and 2^nd of June.
