Burton Burton & Ho LLP signs Co-operation Agreement with S&H Law Firm China

To provide a better service to look after our UK corporate clients who are doing business in China or interested in doing business in China, Burton Burton & Ho LLP (BBHO) have signed a co-operation agreement with China S&H Law Firm.

S&H Law Firm is the biggest law firm in the Hubei Province of China and is a major full service law firm, with more than 150 lawyers and fee earners able to advise on all aspects of Chinese Law with specific focus given to financial and capital market related legal issues.
 
The signing ceremony was held at S&H Law firms head office situated in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. The managing partner of BBHO, Mr William Ho and Senior Sino-Europe Legal Consultant of BBHO, Dr Michael Shen attended the ceremony. The managing Partner of S&H Law Firm, Mr Zhang Jie together with deputy director of the firm Mr Alex Shi attended and Mr Jun Shen from S&H hosted the signing ceremony.

Government officials from judicial authorities in Wuhan city and Hubei province were present at the signing ceremony and congratulated both firms on the signing of the Agreement. On behalf of the Government departments and judicial authorities, they made an offer of support for future co-operation between BBHO and S&H Law Firm, as well encouraging the trade activities between China and UK.
 
With the dedicated and experienced team support provided by S&H Law Firm, BBHO PRC Division will be able to provide a more comprehensive range of services for UK companies who are doing or intend to do business in China and Chinese Companies who are actively looking for investment opportunities in the UK.
