Structure of ICLC
ICLC has an advisory board.
The advisory board is managed by Dr. Michael Shen, Head of PRC Division BBHO.
The head of research is Macella Wan who studied law at Hull University before joining BBHO in 2006.
Members of the advisory board include

- Alan Ho, the General Manager of The Harmony Climate Group Carbon Assets Consulting (Beijing) Co Ltd.
- Professor Surya Subedi, School of Law, University of Leeds
- Sharon Bamford, founding Chief Executive of the UK India Business Council (UKIBC).
- Professor Jeremy Barnett, head of Regulatory Breach at St Pauls Chambers Leeds and a member of the IEA International Carbon Capture and Storage Regulators Network.
- Professor John Oakland, Oakland Consulting and Carbon Ready.
- Dr Hinrich Voss who is a Post Doctorial Fellow at the White Rose East Asia Centre, Leeds University.

Early projects include the formation of Carbon Ready Legal, which is aimed primarily at emerging Chinese and Indian businesses. It will specialise in the growing area of Carbon Emissions regulation and will assist Asian businesses to understand emerging regulation and also advise on the creation of carbon credits available for sale on the emerging markets.
ICLC will also participate in the Court 21 research project at Leeds University department of Computing which is developing online legal processes for manufacturing safety and compliance, using semantic and grid technologies.
